Redefining Manhood: Todd Stumbo's Path to Recovery and Spiritual Healing
When you say the word spiritual or god or prayer, people start to panic, and oh, I'm going to hurt somebody's feelings. I don't understand why we can't have both. So it's this concept of, we can do it as men together: god in our life, a spiritual being in our life. So it was a pretty cool experience and that changed my rites of passage.
Todd Stumbo, CEO of Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center, shares his compelling journey from addiction to recovery in this episode of Recovery Unscripted. Through the support of a 12-step program and a newfound connection with a higher power, Todd began his path to recovery.
Now, as a leader in the recovery community, Todd is passionate about helping other men redefine what it means to be a man.
