I think everybody at some time along their journey has some degree of that. But when I feel that, I just kind of try to talk back to it, David. But I think there are a lot of things that make you feel that way. And got on the message board one day, and they were like, I can't believe they let a hyphy on the committee. I didn't know what that was. I can't figure it out. I'm Googling it. And finally, I realized, I don't know how it finally got to me, that the hyphy was a woman with a hyphenated name. And my name was Eltho Young hyphen minor at the time. So there are those moments where you feel like, yeah, I don't belong, but I must belong because I keep getting asked to come back and show up and do the work that I do. So I just kind of just show up and do the work no matter what.
What does it take for young people to find their passion and purpose in today's world?
