Creating this continuous message that you're saying to this person, to that person, and it's just an ongoing message. The clients that are now working with me. You know what are they focusing on, what can they take out of their life, what different habits they can change, and you're just creating that space for them to become aware of that which is initially one of the most important steps in it of it all because for a lot of people, especially when you're in the nine to five work life, they get lost from getting pulled from- you know a child sport to a meeting, to meeting this person for dinner, and you know they're getting pulled in different strings and they don't really know the environment, just to be themselves, get centered and understand.
