I think it's something I took more seriously in my recovery, and um, yeah, it's. It's kind of like people are really, naturally, of course, upset about having an eating disorder, which I totally understand is very valid, like it's hard, but at the same time, something I like to encourage, at least with my clients and my followers, is that like it's really just asking you to course correct and there's just something going on and something needs your attention which is beautiful, like thank your body for speaking to you, and now it's time for you to stop ignoring your body and ignoring your needs and put yourself first.
