When I started va was the tip of the iceberg, and there was all this subtlety under the water, all of this stuff around thinking patterns and limiting beliefs and an inability to express my needs and an inability to express my emotions, and an inability to understand how to psychological, emotional, sexual abuse, manipulation and control- all of these things are a far more subtle form of violence.
