I mean I've had clients be able, if you can, move out of the denial space, which is kind of hard sometimes, right to really see it for what it is, because when you move out of denial the ego in my ears, but I how I look at it, the ego gets blown open and with that comes a wave of shame, and I don't know anybody, even myself, that really could stand that bomb to my ego without going back into the behavior.
