“The biggest difference is year one was pretty on task. Every day was a choice not to drink. So effortless effort was more effort. And then as year two was coming by, I was like, 'Oh, this is becoming a little easier.' I was able to focus more on really just who I am for not Chris sober, but just, 'Hey, this is who I am.
