Keeping Your Brain Young: Tips from a Leading Neuroscientist

I really learned that there are a lot of things that we can do personally to help change the wiring of our brain, whether that be through diet and lifestyle changes or some of the really unique technologies that we have available.
On a recent episode of Rewired Radio, Erika Spiegelman sat down with Dr. Kristen Willeumier, a leading neuroscientist, to discuss the importance of brain health as we age. As Dr. Willeumier noted, just as we take care of our bodies through exercise and healthy eating, we must also consider how to keep our brains functioning at peak condition throughout our lives.

By reducing consumption of allergenic foods like dairy, soy, wheat, and corn, and limiting caffeine intake, individuals can take steps to promote healthy brain function.
