Do you have any minimum order requirements?
Yes, we do.
Wine, cocktails, spirits and juices of 500ml or above
Bottles of 700ml, 725ml, 750ml and 1 litre drinks are sold in multiples of six. This means the minimum order is six bottles.
You may add to your order in increments of six ie 6, 12, 18, 24, ie you may not order seven bottles. Your order must be made up of multiples of six.
The drinks do not need to be the same though, ie you can order 6 different wines or spirits etc
Beers and other drinks of 500ml and below
Smaller drinks are sold in cases of 24 or 12, depending on the bottle/can size.
Anything less then 440ml go into cases of 24s.
Beers of 440ml and 500ml go into 12 bottle boxes.
Why do you have a minimum order quantity when similar online shops allow purchases of as few as one bottle?
We understand that sometimes you may just want one or two bottles of wine. We know that customers sometimes want to buy a case of beer and one or two bottles of wine.
We wish we could offer our customers this choice and flexibility and we hope we will be able to in the future.
In order to be able to offer the best value to our customers and keep the price of our drinks as affordable as possible, we have to keep our costs down. It costs as much to package and deliver one bottle of wine as it does to deliver six. The income we would receive from the purchase of one bottle of wine would not cover the costs. If sales don’t cover costs, we go out of business. It's really that simple.
We hope that most of our customers will understand that it does no one any favours if we lose money and close down.
I'm a first time buyer and you have a lot of drinks! Where would you recommend I start?
We’d strongly recommend our pre-mixed wine and beer cases which give you a good overview across our range of drinks.
Our pre-mixed cases include pre-mixed cases of white wines, red wines or a mix including reds, whites, roses and sparkling wines.
Contents may vary depending on product availability.
Can I pick my own mix?
Yes, you can pick and mix your own bottles.
If you are buying wines, we recommend that you choose a minimum of six different wines from different price ranges and different wineries.
You can’t judge all alcoholic wines by trying one bottle, and the same goes for de-alcoholised wine. You may find you like some more than others.
You can include spirit substitutes and cocktails, of a similar size, in your mixed case along with your wines.
If you are buying beers you can choose from a wide selection to fill a 24 bottle beer case for drinks of 330ml or smaller, or a 12 bottle case for beers of 440ml or 500ml.

Do you have a shop where we can try and buy your drinks?
Sorry, we don’t have a physical shop. In order to keep our costs down and allow us to offer you the best-value prices and service, we operate online only.
What if I don't like the drinks I buy?
If you find you don’t like the drinks please let us know within 14 days of delivery and you can return any unopened bottles for a refund of the returned bottles.
Please use the original packaging to return the unwanted bottles and pack any spaces with lots of crumpled newspapers or something similar to prevent the bottles moving in transit.
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return and to ensure that the bottles arrive back at our warehouse in saleable condition.
We will issue a refund for all bottles which we receive back in saleable condition.
