We go through these shifts and like a dark night of the soul a life crisis is not different it's this moment where something in us needs to die and that's what we as women or as menstruators go through every month we die a little death be that in menstruation or when we've crossed over for example into postmenopause then i believe we still cycle then we cycle with the moon then it is dark moon so basically when the moon is not visible in the sky and that's the moment where we are drawn most inward like the world is doing in winter
