Imagine transforming a crumbling marriage into a story of resilience and recovery. That's exactly what Christina Glazar did. Born and raised in Zurich, Christina married her American husband in 1995. Fast forward to 2009, their lives were in turmoil. Amid financial struggles, her husband hit rock bottom, but that was the turning point. He embraced sobriety, and together they embarked on a journey of healing and forgiveness.
Christina's own path as a co-dependent led her to dedicate her life to helping women who live with alcoholics. By 2014, she had founded a coaching business that has since become a powerful support system for women reclaiming their lives. In this episode, Christina shares her top three tips for those in similar situations: self-care, letting go of control, and refocusing on oneself rather than the alcoholic partner.
