No one ever said life is easy. But I believe by giving yourself permission, you will find you have more control over your life than you realize. Hello, I'm Julie. I want to share with you, how my own personal life experiences led me to the person I am today. I have navigated through alcoholism, divorce, caregiving, blending families and discovering and owning my truth. You don't have to feel alone with your hardships. I believe in reaching out and showing true compassion and empathy from a non-judgmental approach. I'm a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and most recently, wife. I'm just like you, a real person who is doing the best she can. I hope you will join me by taking responsibility for yourself, by only controlling the things you can and letting go of the things you can't.
