He also facilitates couple’s workshops, men’s sexual recovery groups, and online classes to help men understand sexual addiction and repair their relationships. Alex wrote the book 40 Forms of Intimacy® to give people practical ways to connect and experience greater intimacy beyond sex. His newest book, Emotional Safety: Honoring Yourself While Creating Trust and Presence to Experience Meaningful Relationships, helps us all understand when to protect ourselves and how to invite a few safe people into our inner circle.
