Ashley’s Road to Recovery: From Meth at 14 to 100 Days Sober
“I found my solution and I'm like, if this is what this feels like, I'm never not going to be high on this...Through all my treatment centers I've been to as an adolescent, which most of them it was before I was didn't appreciate them in the moment, because you know it's either you go or the cops kind of take you as a minor...I don't want to die. So I looked at drugs as my it went hand in hand with homelessness and to me that was just like I didn't have to worry about letting anybody else down.”
Ashley’s story is a gripping tale of resilience and hope. Growing up in the affluent Orange County, California, she seemed to have it all.
