By removing that, I have freedom that I never had before...these are the kinds of things, the trauma that I experienced as a youngster. I just want to say that my life Today, even with this covid business, I have jazzercise, I get to dance and I found that that was tremendously helpful for my body, that the music, the interaction with others, especially in non-covid circumstances, and I could, I could just have fun doing what is called exercise, quote unquote, and I could walk and I could take photographs and focus on panoramic distance views and close up things that I just found fascinating and take photos of those.
