From Grief to Advocacy: A Father's Crusade Against Fentanyl

They don't care, and that kind of is the theme of everything that I talk about and certainly related to the legislation that I'm going through, is that these are people that are preying on the addictions of Americans, and that includes these countries that are allowing fentanyl to go out in every different type of way that they can: black market, real-time market and they find ways to get it in The United States.

Brian Martinek's journey is one of profound loss and unwavering determination. In this episode of 'Henry's Uncle', Brian opens up about his life as a former narcotics investigator and the tragic loss of his son to fentanyl. He doesn't just share his grief; he turns it into a powerful call for change. But his story doesn't end there. Brian is now on a mission to push through state legislation that targets drug dealers whose actions result in death.
