Because I think if we use the example of those two different guys where the ones who are very rigid and they're coming after people from an intent. If we just take it from the best possible intention from that guy, it's he loves the guys around him. So he's wanting to hold them accountable by pointing out the rules. Because if you follow the rules, it'll be safer. That's somewhat true. But then the guys on the other side, it's just like, well, I love these guys. I don't want to hurt their feelings. So I don't want to say anything that might, you know, bother them or get them upset. And I don't want them to be upset at me though. Neither of those use curiosity. Those are, those are judgment because the person who doesn't say anything is just as judgmental as the person who does.
