Brian D's Journey: From Brain Injury to Sobriety

I think we're going to buy that towel, and just nothing was right. And so I don't know, we didn't know what was wrong...they were giving you drugs and you were on opiates again, and I went to visit you at the hospital. You know, I took you to a movie I got you to. Ok, what you do, how you save your money, what you're doing. I tried to work, but working is too overwhelming for me. There's so many, and you know what you're fucking kicking, and you are a hundred times better than the brian that was before that was getting arrested, beating up people angry, doing drugs, no sense of spirituality. I know my ex-husband Wayne was like that too, where he could take or leave the drink at first, but he couldn't handle the drug. So that hurts a lot of people because they can't admit they're powerless. So, one of The Years: well, you weren't in the hospital for Years. Yeah, I mean this guy's just fucking incredible power of inspiration, and I love you so much.
