We're always sharing with people how to recognize the signs and symptoms, at least I train on that. I'm a CIS trainer, safe talk, QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) suicide alertness for everyone, talk, ask, listen, keep safe, and QPR (Assist) apply suicide intervention skills training. So, we'll just throw those acronyms at folks and then not know, showing people the signs and symptoms. But what I like to let people know on this, the listeners, is if you're ever hurting, it's just as important if you can to let somebody know that you're hurting, because if you don't, you leave a lot of guessing to the people around you and they may not have been trained to recognize those signs and symptoms.
