Reflecting on Growth: Chuck, Drew, and Jason's Vision for the Future

I knew that the yoga, the breath work, the meditation, the cold water, like there's no doubt it works in my life. But 2023 has been a whole lot of, no, this, this works. I mean, like really, really works. And to see, you know, Chuck, I know you've been doing it almost as long as I have and I know it's worked for you but some of the drastic right changes like with Evan like with Chad you know um Phil some of these other guys to just watch just this drastic reset of their life and then going to the workshops and you know having people's lives just drastically their perspective shifts like drastically to where they're going this change and then you read the comments in the in the um uh post-event surveys you know this changed my life my life will never be the same again you, it's just to me that part of it.
