Once you start with motivational interviewing, you'll notice that, hey, there's going to be mistakes, you make things that you don't resolve people's ambivalence, and if you keep on working at it, thinking about those conversations, listening to other people who are really good at motivational interviewing, do it, you'll get better and better and soon you'll just know the steps of the dance you know and you'll be able to elicit this type of change-talking people and really help encourage them to change.
