“For me, you know, that lasted until really I went to learn this: uh, body work, it's called be activated, and the guys from South Africa, and and I literally went, because you know I've had different surgeries and my body I'm like, oh, I heard this could make my body feel better. And I was a kid in high school who couldn't even read all the cliff notes, like I had to like skip around in the cliff notes and Six Months Later I was on vacation and I finished a book and I, I, literally I closed that book and I literally like, even now it makes me emotional, like I teared up because I was like what the fuck just happened, like what the fuck just happened.”
