My guest today is Baruch Zeichner. He has a bachelor's degree in psychology and education and a master's degree in counseling psychology. Baruch has practiced psychotherapy, massage therapy and body oriented psychotherapy for more than 25 years. His father was also a psychologist and his mother was an activist. Baruch has participated in many community and political activities from a very young age, ranging from anti-nuclear activism to peace activism, working with local teenagers and drug and alcohol abuse prevention, date rape and sexual assault prevention and HIV support. Today Baruch and I will be talking about his own journey towards inner peace, about the mental health stigma and how it especially affects men and Western society and how you can use this unexpected downtime for your own healing journey.
