Blending Traditions: Carley Vento on Merging Western and Eastern Medicine

Honestly, if my patients will come and follow up, we do have time- or I'll make the time in my schedule to actually sit down, take you know paper to pen and write down your goals, and I'll sit down there down with them and do that and I think once they see it on paper and break it down in the increments, like you said, they'll often will achieve that bigger goal because they made sure they set these many goals, many challenges for themselves, for that bigger picture, and I do honestly try to make more time for it.
Ever wondered how combining Western and Eastern medicine can lead to a healthier life? In this engaging episode of 'Leaf Best 4 Last Podcast', Kaitlyn Rabuck chats with Carley Vento, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Arizona, who brings a wealth of experience from both the Northern Midwest and the Southern States. Carley shares her unique perspective on how integrating diverse medical practices can help patients achieve their health goals.
From biohacking to epigenetics, the discussion covers a range of holistic wellness topics that are both informative and practical. Carley emphasizes the importance of seeing multiple practitioners and explains how integrative care can complement traditional treatment plans. Kaitlyn and Carley also delve into the role of goal-setting, attachment theory, and nutrition in achieving overall wellness.
