The body keeps the score. And so I was like they loved me for my spirit and my energy, but they had trouble, like meeting me where I was at, and so I would just fall in line at the treatment center and do all the things I was supposed to do and then be kind of in the background, spending a lot of time alone, writing everything down that I thought would work, and then I started teaching it to other people after I figured it out for myself, of course, and still do like this isn't like I'm done.
