“I knew that my substance use had leaded me to where I was. If, if I'm not, I don't have a chance to use, why is that even there? You made a conscientious decision to recover in jail during that time and- and I also want to give an anecdote- that one of our past participants told me that he decided his clean date was The Day that he was given a bag of meth to hold on for someone and chose to give it back to them after like Three Days while in jail- yes, this was while in jail- he was given a bag of meth to hold.”
