And I think that what we're going to see to answer your original question is that there's this shift from like criminalization of substance use to the medicalization of it and so which i it's better um because i don't want people to be in jail uh right but it also kind of like if the opposite of arrest is treatment like that's like a sort of false uh uh, like, right.
