“The women came in and they had anxiety problems, they had depression, anger problems, and they had physical problems like migraine headaches and GI distress and so on and so forth. And we measured all those things at baseline and then all the way through 12 months, and what we found was on our studies is that the anxiety, the anger, the depression, and all of those things including negative physical problems like headaches and so on, they were reduced dramatically by going through the craft program.”
