“We've had so many people tell us that they were struggling. We've had so many people that their loved one did commit suicide. I know you don't care, but you're going to feel that disconnection. I had that camaraderie for a while. Like I said, we really grew our brand to FW22. We do like six events a year. We're going to go back to the basics, just our simple hike. Because at the end of the day, I think we got so big so fast that we stopped really getting out there in the community. All these people are reaching out to us like, let's go back to the basics. And, uh, yeah, it's exciting. So that's why I was so eager, um, to kind of come back into the spotlight and, you know, obviously Todd and I created this, but I'm just excited to do the public speaking again and find the veterans who are struggling because suicide, veteran or not, is on the rise.”
Ever wondered what it's like for a Marine combat veteran to transition back to civilian life? In this gripping episode of 'Bare Knuckle Recovery', Nate and Tommy sit down with Jarred White, the founder of FW22, to talk about his journey from the battlefield to becoming a beacon of hope for veterans struggling with mental health issues.
