Joe Singer's Climb: From Chaos to Clarity
“I'd already had a taste of the real world. So when I turned 18, I joined the fire department because we'd had a wreck as a family- my mom, my dad and my little brother and I. We had a head-on collision when I was about to turn 16 and it about killed us all. So I knew then I was wanting to not ever let that happen again to anybody.”
What shapes a person's path to recovery? In this episode of 'Cuttin Grass', Joe Singer peels back the layers of his past to share the pivotal moments that led him to sobriety. Growing up during the hippie era and facing the challenges of an underprivileged upbringing, Joe had his fair share of struggles.
