I think the reason I ended up in the situation I ended up in is because I tried to do it alone. When that anxiety and panic attacks first hit, it first surfaced out of frustration and anger... I tried to justify it... And by not dealing with that behavior early on and telling people and asking for help, that anger and frustration turned to manifest these physiological symptoms that I never thought in a million years I would deal with.
