I think for me, no matter what, there are like two things. I actually don't want to take this call from my sponsor. I told myself no matter what, you know, despite the things inside of me that tell me, no. And I think the other thing that I'm reminded of is, um, I think I wrote it down cause I felt like, Oh, like I think about about like like the passion and energy I had behind doing shit that I knew wasn't right for me so one of my favorite things that I've heard sponsors say before is like oh I can't go to a meeting because it's raining they'd be like yeah but if you wanted to get drunk you like go in the rain you know and I love that that way of thinking because whenever I am lacking motivation I try to get myself in a headspace where I'm thinking, actually, like, when was the last time that I pushed through, like, through my own stuff in order to maybe like drink or drug or hook up, right?
