Shoshana Aronowitz: Breaking Barriers in Substance Use Disorder Treatment
“So, I think, regardless of what it is like it, that's what happened for people and I think that is, you know, like a really, if what we want is to make it so that folks who want treatment with medications you know feel good about accessing it, then I think we need to make people feel confident that, like we will do whatever we can to, like manage withdrawal symptoms and also, like set up our systems so that people are at like the lowest risk possible of like missing doses or going through these situations where they can't get their medication.”
