There is something that underlies addiction. Get drugs, get more drugs, get drugs, use drugs, get more drugs, you know. Actually, you lose track of even the reason you use drugs in the first place, and that's why, narconon, we have to work so hard to get to those underlying causes.
Rony's life has been a rollercoaster of extreme highs and lows. Growing up in the rough neighborhoods of Miami, he was quickly pulled into the world of gangs and drugs. It all started with marijuana, introduced by his cousin, but it wasn't long before Rony found himself tangled in the grip of heavier substances. His time in the US Navy offered a brief respite, but the introduction of Xanax into his life brought his military career to a crashing halt.
But Rony's story doesn't end there. After hitting rock bottom, he found a lifeline in the Narconon program. Now clean and sober, Rony is not just a survivor but a beacon of hope for others struggling with addiction. He's training at Narconon to help others find their way out of the darkness.
