Our aim is to continue this effort. You know, despite- you know, COVID, the number of cases coming down with COVID.

Picture a world where old, unused medical equipment can save lives. That's exactly what Sanjay Jupudi and his team at Qentelli are doing. Faced with India's devastating COVID-19 surge, they saw an opportunity to make a real difference. By repurposing old C-PAP machines into non-invasive ventilators, Sanjay and his team have created a lifeline for countless patients. In this episode of 'American Medicine Today', Sanjay shares the incredible journey of how this initiative came to life.

Partnering with a professor from Stanford University, they’ve already converted over 200 machines and aim to reach 1000. These ventilators aren't just for COVID-19 patients; they can be used for other respiratory issues as well. The project has garnered immense support through donations and community fundraising, showcasing the power of collective effort in times of crisis. Sanjay’s story is a testament to how innovation and compassion can intersect to bring about meaningful change.
