“Humanity and other people knowing that there's other good humans out there that are willing to help... there's pros like that, that stigma that we talk about with mental health was broken, you know, the last couple of years that I was in the military. I mean, I'm really happy for that. And then to this day, I continue to have these conversations, you know, throughout the different organizations that I volunteer with, like, Hey, go over here, talk to this person, whether it's mental health, whether it's substance abuse.”
