Staying conscious is daily work. It's something that's done every day. You can't meditate a couple of times and think that you're going to be healed and it's going to, you're going to be fine and you don't need to do it anymore. It's like practice. It's like, I mean, look at our sports teams. It's like, I mean, look at our sports teams, look at anything that we do.
