The ego is the enemy. It's a really, really great book. I advise I do not want but if I do the very thing I do not want to do I agree with the law confessing that the law is good so what he's essentially saying just look at this as the principle the principles that work best for you there are principles right that work for you once again principle of diet eating a balanced diet means like a principle right something that actually uh works a law is just an established fact there's a lot of scientific laws right they work from um empirical observation right where something is tested tested tested tested tested and then boom it becomes this law because it pass passes the test uh essentially it's established because of the empirical tests.
