This is Whitley Neill’s alcohol-free take on its best-selling rhubarb and ginger gin, created to keep the same flavour profile without the alcohol.

It offers a sharp rhubarb edge rounded out by the warmth of real ginger, in a style that feels close to the original.

What stands out

Production uses the UK’s only spinning cone vacuum column still. The process separates water, alcohol, and the existing flavours and aromas from the original gin before removing the alcohol and recombining the rest.

It is also vegan and gluten-free, and was commended in the 2023 World Alcohol-Free Awards.
