Her struggle with bulimia nervosa eventually led to her voluntary evacuation from military service, marking a turning point in her life. Now a Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Movement Rx, she dedicates her life to helping others through physical therapy and wellness programs. As a speaker for MobilityWOD and CrossFit, she travels globally, sharing her message of self-acceptance and resilience.
