I'm someone who is very disappointed when things don't go a certain way, when expectations aren't met. And then I haven't worked through the fact that my expectations are completely unrealistic. It's unrealistic to be able to do a thousand things in a day. I'm lucky if I get one thing done in a day. And so that is my expectations.
