A Violin Music Box: Michael Stoller on Finding Solace in Emotional Turmoil

And I really I missed that violin in that music box, and I share that because it's real, and I hold this memory of the bow of the violin and I use it for something to center me, to meditate with, and I'll just hold it in my hands and try to forgive myself, and I can't understand what must have been going on in my head that day to have me throw away something that was so precious to me.

Ever had an object that seemed to hold all your emotions? For Michael Stoller, it's the bow of a violin music box given to him by his grandmother. In this moving episode of 'My Blueprint: Struggle Towards Emotional Sobriety', Michael opens up about a tough period in his life marked by depression and loss. During a morning meditation, he found himself clutching this small piece of his past, a poignant reminder of both pain and healing.

The rest of the music box was discarded during a particularly dark time, but the bow remains a symbol of his journey through grief and self-forgiveness. Michael's story is a testament to the power of letting tears flow and finding meaning in the most unexpected places. If you're looking for a heartfelt narrative that speaks to the core of emotional recovery, this episode is a must-listen.
