Lemuria is where we have Hawaii now and it was a continent and mini continent that was created on a bubble of magma. Lemuria existed. There was a population of people who had adapted to live there, to hunt, to fish, to heal, to educate themselves. They lived in harmony with nature. Lemuria was the beginning of our Akash. It was a community life. We don't do that now. We really rarely do community. But when we had that community energy, here's a good example. I was teaching yoga the other day, and there's a yoga teacher who was in the Azores, and she's my age, and she took a really bad fall on one of her artificial hips, which did not break, but it hurt her back a lot. We put her in the center of the circle during our first yoga class and we all sent her energy with homing, and the next I saw her a few days later because we swim together, and she said, 'I think I'm gonna come back to the teaching in the middle of November.' And she wasn't going to come till next year.
