Healing is possible at any age. I've seen people heal from all kinds of suicidal depressions and hopelessness. I've seen people heal from psychosis, from bipolar disorder. I've seen people heal from anorexia, which is one of the most lethal of our disorders. And you, as a 62-year-old grandmother, I have to do my nutrition and also my stress reduction.
