“Healing is possible at any age. I've seen people heal from all kinds of suicidal depressions and hopelessness. I've seen people heal from psychosis, from bipolar disorder. I've seen people heal from anorexia, which is one of the most lethal of our disorders. And you, as a 62-year-old grandmother, I have to do my nutrition and also my stress reduction. So can you be a little bit more specific what you mean with that social emotional that fifth one and the stress reduction for girls specifically what specifically can we do as parents for those girls? The social and emotional connectedness, certainly now that the pandemic is over, we can really do our part, which is the crucial part.”
