Seasons of recovery, I think, is kind of the same. I, you know, anytime someone's like, you know, I'm, you can be in active recovery and you can have recovery from something, you know, a behavior or an obsession for, you know, a long time, for up till as long as you've been, you know, doing it or not doing it. But I do think recovery is kind of like a lifelong thing.
