The way that coaching has helped shape my life is it gave me the tools to actually dream like, actually go okay, I'm sober because I didn't get sober to stop drinking.
What happens when you grow up surrounded by death and then find yourself battling addiction and an eating disorder? Alyssa Rocco knows this journey all too well. Raised in a family where death was a common topic, Alyssa's perspective on life was unique from the start. But her real challenges began with an obsession with candy and sugar, which spiraled into body dysmorphia and disordered eating.
Her drinking problem started in college and followed her into her professional life, casting a shadow over her early career. Alyssa's turning point came when she found the Handel Group and its coaching methods. This discovery wasn't just about changing careers; it was about transforming her entire life. Through coaching, Alyssa learned to navigate her addictions, mend family relationships, and build meaningful connections.
Her analytical mindset helped her thrive in the Media Division at Handel Group, where she also developed Inner.U, a digital course aimed at personal growth.
