I just really want to encourage you like one thing not to do is to is to pressure somebody to go beyond their boundaries. Like let's say you're the person that doesn't struggle with alcohol and you can go grab a burger at a brewery if you invite somebody to go and, and they give you the impression that they're uncomfortable, don't pressure them to do it. That's not helpful.

Ever wondered how to balance your needs with those of others while on your recovery journey? In this episode of the Relational Recovery Podcast, hosts Wes Thompson and Austin Hill tackle the often tricky subject of setting boundaries. They discuss why respecting each other's boundaries is crucial and how these boundaries might need to shift over time. Wes and Austin emphasize that boundaries are not one-size-fits-all and that understanding this can make a big difference in your recovery process.

They also highlight the importance of community support in maintaining these boundaries, sharing real-life examples and practical advice. Whether you're new to recovery or have been on this path for a while, this episode offers valuable insights into the role boundaries play in fostering personal growth and mutual respect.
