“The biggest place I see people dropping out of this industry is typically in the one to two year stage. You get a lot of people who start terribly excited, make a few deals, then maybe they have a dropout or it gets tough or the market changes a bit. I think people, it annoys me when I see some junior candidates from rec to recs. They all come in and one of the things they always push is it's a fast route to money and it makes it sound to me like it's an easy buck and they don't have to work very hard for it.”
