I can still go off on one, and my head can still, you know mind and I can still go off on one and my head can still you know the chatter can still go but I know what it is now. I know what it is now and I know what I need to do with it. I either sit and meditate on it, I read something in the book, I read a lot of different spiritual books. I listen to books. I'm not perfect in any stretch, any way, any way whatsoever. And just loving, I'm loving, loving my life.
