I just enjoy my coffee. And then I exercise. I have a great workout. I walk my dogs. I also use Sunday as my meal prep day. My daughter and done. The floors are clean. You know, the other thing about not drinking is your house just naturally stays neater and cleaner because you keep up with things. So it's not a big chore day. It's just a touch-up day.
